For the food, playdough will be used to showcase our prototype as it is easier to obtain. Currently in the process of making it.

Progress: Role & responsibility

Leader:

Everything is on track, everyone has equal workloads, tasks were assigned to everyone, ensuring everyone can contribute to this project. As for now we will need to focus on our Exercise 3 which requires a lot of execution, therefore I will keep asking for updates progressively from my team.

Visual & fact researcher:

Since I am in charge with the concept & product rationale, further research is needed for elaboration during our upcoming presentation

Progress- Raised MYR 200 in donations.

Working on written section of assignment (Structure)

Also helped budget out to acquire materials for product production as well as discuss and plans for promoting our booth . This fulfills my roles as a part of logistics and promotion

Finding ingredients and materials related to food needed for the booth. Finding most affordable and cheapest option by comparing the suppliers via shopee and grocers.

I have reviewed multiple halal recipes for the dishes. I have also analysed the reviews given from each recipe based on how well received the recipes are and the difficulty level of the recipes. I'm still searching for possible shops that have a cheaper option for ingredients needed.

Progress: Forming excel sheet to keep track on spent items, estimated cost of booth decorations, in the process of adjusting the logo.

 Concept Mind Map: Product 1 Mind Map: Product 2 Mind Map: Personal Reflection: At the beginning of the ideation assignment, it was challenging to settle on a strong concept that was recognizable and engaging which was also connected to nature to relate it to NGO chosen. Eventually, I drew inspiration from Zelda. Another challenging aspect was designing the logo to fit the concept aesthetic as well and also making the booth reflect and educate something about nature.
