Agenda

  • pitch proposal status

-            We have already written down the overview, campaign message, attach the advertising design and evaluation.

  • pitch presentation status

-            We currently have around 10 completed slides

-            Includes introduction, Products and campaign message

  • group booth status (what have you bought? Have you contacted the NGO? What's the outcome?)

-            For the tree of hope we are working on researching questions to be hung on the tree and searching for materials to make it. So far, we have collected coloured paper and newspaper

-            For bento boxes, mould for the rice has already been bought and ingredients have already been determined. Will be buying soon

- We have already written an email to the NGO. Currently waiting for updates.

role update: Keep track of group progress, seeing in different aspect of our works to identify problems, this is crucial to fill in the holes

Proposal & presentation:

1. My part is done except for product video, we are planning to shoot the video on Saturday, so it is most likely that we will complete it on that day.

2. So far the flow of our proposal is alright, if there is any confusion we will ask for consultation

presentation:

1. I am going to be the presenter of our group, so my plan is to let us finish our presentation slides then I will arrange it according to my presentation flow

Was tasked with structuring and writing the description of the event into the proposal. I have not been tasked to do anything for the presentation yet.

 Concept Mind Map: Product 1 Mind Map: Product 2 Mind Map: Personal Reflection: At the beginning of the ideation assignment, it was challenging to settle on a strong concept that was recognizable and engaging which was also connected to nature to relate it to NGO chosen. Eventually, I drew inspiration from Zelda. Another challenging aspect was designing the logo to fit the concept aesthetic as well and also making the booth reflect and educate something about nature.
